Note that individual/couple education is not sex therapy. Sex therapy involves e.g. with past traumas, sexual problems, communication difficulties and treatment provided, while education provides advice and education on various aspects of sexual health, relationships and sexual behaviour. If you want to book an appointment, I ask you to briefly describe what you want education or help with, and if I think it falls outside my knowledge or skills, I will refer you to the appropriate professional.​
